Migrate Minimap

 Instructions on how to migrate your modern client minimap from the old client to the new client.

Migrate your minimap file to new client (Windows)

Step 1

First close the client and press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog

You can also right click the Start Icon and select Run to open the Run dialog

Step 2

In the run dialog, enter %appdata%\OTClientV8\Nostalther% and click OK.

This will open and explorer window in the old client's working directrory

Step 3

Right click the file named violet.otmm and select copy.

Step 4

Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog again

Step 5

This time, in the run dialog, enter "%appdata%\Nostalther\Nostalther%" and click OK.

This will open and explorer window in the new client's working directrory

Step 6

In the new client's working directrory, right click on an empty space and select paste.

Now you're done. You can re-launch the client and your minimap should be restored.
