Houses

Houses can be purcahsed in game by facing the door of the house and using the !buyhouse command.

Face the door of the house you want to buy and say !buyhouse

You can leave your current house by using the !leavehouse command.

Stand inside your house and say !leavehouse.

Any items left inside the house will be sent to your depot, excluding items that can not be picked up.

You can trade your house to another player by using the !sellhouse command.

Stand inside your house and say !sellhouse 'player name'. This will open a Safe Trade with the target player so safely trade ownership of the house.

The target player can then start a safe trade with you to safely exchange the house deed.

Any items left inside the house will be sent to your depot, excluding items that can not be picked up.

To pay rent, place the required amount of gold into your depot in the town the house belongs to.

If you fail to pay your rent for 7 days in a row, you will be evicted.

Any items left inside the house when you are evicted will be sent to your depot, excluding items that can not be picked up.
